Controlling your emotions can be the most important thing you ever learn to do. If you want to become a person that is free of negative self talk and detrimental internal dialogue, your emotions are the key to freeing yourself. By keeping tabs on how your are feeling or your "emotional state", which is a direct reflection of what you are thinking, you can begin to control every aspect of your life. Our thoughts create our emotions, and our emotions dictate our expectations, and our expectations dictate our actions which in the end turn into what we experience. That is as simple as it get. Control your thoughts and you can control your life.
One little girl has been doing her best to not only help the people around her understand these concepts, but the people from all over the world. She is only 4 years old and she is taking the world by storm with her empowering words of encouragement. She is shedding light on some of life's biggest problems with a fresh perspective. Her name is Lennon Brock and her platform is YouTube, and by using this platform she has been changing the lives of millions of people all around the world. Her journey began riding in the back seat as her father drove around listening to personal development audios. In a recent interview her father explained that he would listen to these audios from such personal development gurus as Jack Canfield, Tony Robbins, Eric Thomas the "Hip Hop Preacher", Les Brown, and John Assaraf. He stated that he had never even realized that she was paying any attention as she quietly sat in her booster seat as her dad drove around. One day her parents noticed her walking through the house playing with her dolls as usual, but there was something quite unusual about what she was saying. She was quoting a 3 minute Les Brown monologue word for word. "We couldn't believe it" her father stated. "To be honest I never even knew she was listing back there. We knew she had a good memory but we had no idea just how good it was". Her father immediately got her in front of a camera and what happened next was magic. They produced a video that has circled the globe many times. Currently it has been seen in over 135 countries and the feedback they have been getting has been sensational to say the least. "The words of encouragement just keep coming in" her father said. "We had no idea that she would make this kind of impact". If there is a lesson to be learned here it is to be careful about what you expose your children to. "They are always listening, whether you think they are or not" said her father. We're just thankful that our inspiring little girl is helping people out there who need it most." We are very proud of her and we can't wait to see just how far this thing is going to go." " The sky is the limit for this kid and her wings are growing everyday."
